Welcome to Issue #50 of Sonic Postcards!

Every week there is a veritable river of music to wade through. Depending on where you put into the current, you will find an entirely different sonic world. This week I found myself solidly in a country eddy. The playlist is mix of more established names like Sunny Sweeney and Hailey Whitters along with some new-to-me artists like Adeem the Artist and H.C. McEntire.

One last recommendation for the week is a podcast called “In The Red Clay.” It is a true and engaging chronicle of the Dixie Mafia that at times can like a Carl Hiaasen plot. It is just as much true crime as it is an exploration of a father and son’s relationship.
